Political Radar: McCain: Not Offended By Alleged Age-Baiting
The news is inconsequential: another entry to the endless entertainment of electoral politics. However, I just found it funny that the McCain campaign read Obama’s “losing his bearings” comment as a commentary about his age, and not his temper.
I’ve only heard old people using the expression to denote senility, most young people use “lose your bearings” as getting angry, losing your temper. Well, I guess the McCain campaign is dating itself with the jabbing around an expression that only they could have misunderstood.
